CLEANED ACCOMMODATION

The previous tenant is responsible for the move-out cleaning!

SGS checks the cleaning through random cleaning inspections on the move-in day. If you arrive to your accomondation and are not satisfied with the cleaning done by the previous tenant, we will assist you!

  • Call SGS Customer Service on the same day you collect the keys and inform them that a cleaning inspection needs to be carried out.
  • If possible, meet your property manager on-site or give us permission to enter the residence with our spare key.
  • The property manager will conduct an inspection. It is very important that SGS performs the inspection before you start cleaning to enable us to help you and to charge the previous tenant if necessary.
  • The property manager will determine the necessary actions and provide you with feedback immediately. In cases where the residence is very dirty, we will hire a cleaning company. If there are minor issues, the tenant will be offered a rent reduction of 1000 SEK.

Tip: If you want a stress-free move-in, we advise you to collect the keys and check the cleaning in advance before moving in with all your belongings.

You can find their contact details on the cleaning card that Vital has left in your residence. As a new tenant in a Vital cleaned residence, you have a 7-day cleaning guarantee from the start of the contract.
