Pick up your keys at SGS Customer Service, Kaserntorget 11, on your move-in day between 12:00–16:00. By law, we cannot hand out keys earlier than 12:00.

If your move-in day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, you can collect your keys on the next working day from 12:00.

Avoid long queues!

Move-in day can be busy. If you’re not moving in right away, pick up your keys on a later weekday (09:00–16:00) to skip the wait.

SGS Customer Service is in central Gothenburg—public transport, biking, or walking is recommended. No parking available.
